This
section started in 2003 with images mainly shot for the London Tourist
Board's official guide to Gay & Lesbian London. The brief was to
compile a series of stereotypical portraits illustrating the various
subsets of London's Gay & Lesbian scene. Ranging from school disco
parties to fetish clubs, a dozen venues were covered over a six week
period. Departure Identities edited and published the guide which is
still in distribution. The corresponding gallery is in the 2003 section
(bottom right). More images have been shot since then, mostly for scene
publications and promoters. A very warm welcome was made in 2004 to a
new section on Brighton & Hove Pride 2004. Although the shoot was
only for fun, it was such an excellent weekend that what started out as
the odd personal memento is now here to be shared. In 2004, Pride
in Pictures published a number of these images. Local magazine 3Sixty
used more in 2005 including the cover shot of its August Pride
issue. This year, some of the images presented here are laid out over a
three page spread as well as the cover of the September issue.

New in 2006 is a section on Ibiza's second Pride. Un saludo grande to
its organisers for such a success. Many will see it as a kick-off date
to a new season of colourful events.
